What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
Its ability to unify customer profiles and immediately trigger tailored campaigns makes it feel more like a complete marketing engine than just a data platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find it incredibly useful to create highly targeted campaigns based on user behavior, preferences, and interactions. It allows me to deliver the right message at the right time, which significantly improves engagement and conversion rates. It also allows me to create highly targeted campaigns using real-time customer data and behavior.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven’t come across any major downsides so far. The platform has been reliable and meets my expectations well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Focus on building simple automation workflows first, then gradually move to more advanced personalization. Also, regularly analyze campaign performance and refine your strategies based on insights.

I like the advanced automation workflows and behavioral triggers that personalize communication in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
earning curve is so stiff at first and my team struggled to use it , and the interface could be made more intuitive for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Onboard and train, leverage customer support, and start small with core automations before expanding to advanced features. the customer support folks require better training . they can hardly understand and speak english . we didn;t have good experience with customer rep.. stop outsouring ur customer rep. the waiting time is longer.
