What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
The technical and support team makes the difference in this product. Whenever you have a problem with the app they are always available to help you, which makes the process easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that almost every tool they have in the app allows you to customize the website (pop-ups, email marketing) and convert those potential customers into actual leaders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The constant change in the product manager which makes this process go a little slower since it takes while for the new PM to get to know the business, the sector we are in and the goals we want to achieve with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask about workshops so they explain all the tools that the product has. This product has a lot of possibilities and a lot of them are useful, so it would be better to first understand the tools themselves to understand which ones are applicable depending on the business and sector you work in.

It is an amazing tool that gives you a lot of analytical data, helps to automate marketing and increases sales.Specially Automation Rules and Workflows are very useful. And support is great - very helpful and fast responding!

This tool is quite expensive

What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
The software is very intuitive and I love the drag and drop builder for the mails and landing pages. It's very fast! Salesmanago gives hundred of functions and marketing opportunities to grow up the business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SalesManago gives your online shop or business to track user's behavior and to create an automated process of retargeting clients, encouraging them to get to our shop back soon

What is miss in the Salesmanago system is a more detailed analysis of the text messaging campaigns. I would love to see in one place
