The ability to distribute personalized coupons in the form of QR codes is something I miss. It should also be possible to automatically activate and deactivate chat during specific hours by adding new events or circumstances to the automation rules and workflow. Updates come out too quickly and have several issues. When new features arise, we become irritated.

I advise both smaller and larger businesses. Additionally, it enables you to target certain customers with content that is relevant to them. What do you dislike most about this product?
The conversion of emails for mobile displays is one crucial component that is lacking. Although you can view them, you cannot change how they appear to make them reactive. Workflow A/B testing is not particularly transparent. In order to perform better analysis and thus make better judgments, this feature might receive its own section within the menu.
