What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability to distribute personalized coupons in the form of QR codes is something I miss. It should also be possible to automatically activate and deactivate chat during specific hours by adding new events or circumstances to the automation rules and workflow. Updates come out too quickly and have several issues. When new features arise, we become irritated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Integration with other systems and software is a problem that a lot of established businesses likely face. By using the Salesmanago API and pre-existing integrations, we successfully surmounted this obstacle. The main advantage, as we're realizing, is that we continue to produce more qualified leads and prospects in order to maintain our business' competitiveness.

Both on its website and within its application, SALESmanago provides a substantial amount of automation features. It is simple to use, and assistance responds fast if there are any issues. I advise both smaller and larger businesses. Additionally, it enables you to target certain customers with content that is relevant to them. It leaves an impact on improving conversion and gaining back customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The conversion of emails for mobile displays is one crucial component that is lacking. Although you can view them, you cannot change how they appear to make them reactive. Workflow A/B testing is not particularly transparent. In order to perform better analysis and thus make better judgments, this feature might receive its own section within the menu.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With SM, I no longer require an email tool, pop-ups, a chat bot, and any other tool that has previously been used on a variety of platforms. Yuri and I had a very detailed talk, and Patricia handled the system with expertise. Its customization features and reactivity were quite useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs a more sophisticated and user-friendly mailing editor and because the enhanced form offers you extra difficulties but essentially the same as the express. Additionally, the IT team takes longer to resolve issues when you don't have a dedicated account manager, which is an additional fee.
