What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Everything is very streamlined in Rippling from accessing contracts to time-off to simply logging in, every works without a hitch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature for me is that they own their own entities locally therefore I am not being passed from agency to agency or otherwise getting screwed over by middlemen. Also what else would be cool is that I get my pay slips on time, can look at my PTO and health insurance through the app, did not break down after I updated my banking info and finally I don't have to send emails asking HR for tax forms as they are stored directly in my user account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I go into live chat I usually end up talking to some automated robot system. I basically enter keywords and it seems to get mixed signals and then sends me along anyway wasting my time. The off boarding process also has been slow and cumbersome. If your trying to make changes to the contract last minute it becomes a huge bureaucratic nightmare. Another annoyance was that on the payslip screen it does not display the gross vs. net until you download the entire pdf file showing all the details.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as problems being solved, essentially it allows companies to hire employees across borders without having to set up offices overseas. They pay my salary in my home country and handle the taxes so I don’t have to worry about running afoul of the government. Everything from accessing the contracts and time-off to simply logging in and viewing hours worked is streamlined. In short, rippling eliminates the administrative drudgery of doing these things so I can focus on working.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

With Rippling, I can keep everything in one place so I don't need to move between applications. Also with it we have automated most of the things so there is less manual work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love having access to everything i need within one application rather than having to go to five separate applications. The ability to view my past pay stubs and submit requests for time-off are also two features that i greatly appreciate. While it could be better, it generally provides what i need. The barista at work has been yelling my drink orders at me literally right behind my head. Our account rep responds quickly if anything goes wrong. Managers can easily pull up the contact information or employee schedule via the app rather than calling me. I am happy to say that the data stays organized and never crashes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The help section is absolutely terrible. All the pdf’s are worthless to me, i simply want short videos (that i can pause) while trying to correct an issue. Searching for a certain type of report takes an outrageous amount of clicking through screens and the search function is horrible. They continue to “update” the menu just to give it a new look and feel and consequently, i lose where the buttons were located previously. They are pushing this ai feature that only refers back to help articles that no longer exist. I would like them to allow us to hide older checklists as there are so many of them and it causes confusion among employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It prevents us from continuing to keep track of everybody on random spreadsheets. We no longer have to manually calculate things such as overtime and health deductions. Employees can simply take care of their own direct deposit when they change banks. Essentially, it eliminates the risk of being in violation of hr laws by eliminating most of the required compliance issues.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling has unified dashboard that runs most IT programs at the same time. I can monitor workflows and device performance from single system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rippling is well designed with simple UI that is easy to onboard for new users. The customer support team is highly knowledgeable and has assisted our staff to succeed in most projects. It is easy to navigate across the application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, I don't dislike anything from Rippling. The latest upgrades and AI integrations are efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling is powerful and highly effective application for IT and HR teams. It is easy to integrate with entire organization digital devices and monitor operations from unified location.
