What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?
What stands out about Odoo is that it offers a whole ecosystem of business management tools that can be used together in order to deliver more benefit to the business. Also, Odoo is unique because its core software is open source and is able to work in a Linux environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been using Odoo since back when it was called OpenERP and I really enjoyed how user-friendly and easy to use it is. Managing customer accounts is a quick and straightforward process, even for beginners. I also like that it has a free trial so that you can try the specific Odoo apps that you are interested in before making a purchase. I love using the Odoo Studio to create custom apps as well as use the free third-party apps available to use. Overall, Odoo has enabled our team to be a lot more efficient with our end-to-end customer management process and be better at what we do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing particular that I dislike about Odoo. It's a fantastic tool and it keeps getting better with time!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your business is looking for a business management suite that is powerful yet affordable, I highly recommend giving Odoo a try in order to see whether it suits your broader vision and business requirements.
