What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?
Odoo has bundled smart APIs to integrate with third party applications. It offers easy customization in all the modules. Can be accessed through any device. In Odoo, POs can be linked directly with receipts & inventory. It is highly efficient in removing redundancies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Odoo is a flexible platform and delivers arrays of embedded application. It's ERP is easier to understand & cheaper to customize. It helps us organize sales activities, track leads, close deals and get accurate forecasts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slower navigation in email marketing workflows. Most of the modules have a steep learning curve. Localization & non translation issues exist in most modules. Various free add-ons have now been converted to paid offerings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Implementation must be done with the vendor support.

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?
Odoo is different because it's a complete business management system where everything connects from CRM to accounting to inventory and project management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that everything is connected in one system. When I make a sale, it automatically updates my inventory, creates an invoice and tracks the customer relationship.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface feels a bit outdated compared to newer software and some modules work better than others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared to invest time in setup and training to get the most out of it.
