What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Some of the video effects are cool. And the ease of use with our whole Microsoft Suite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The avatars...no, the ability to integrate with Gong for our AI recap is probably my new favorite thing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be glitchy. Sometimes it doesn't ring when you are calling a team member. Occasionally it will kick you out of a meeting for what seems to be no reason. It doesn't happen too often, but not fun when it does.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use all of the integrations to the best of your ability.
Pros
- Caring

- Continually Improving Product
