What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is really easy to use. It integrates with Gmail and Outlook seamlessly for adding links into all of your meetings. There are hundreds to thousands of add-ons to Teams that make it exponentially more powerful. My only wish was that someone could show me all of the add-on opportunities I'm missing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cheap and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be really hard to find previous conversations when you have tons lots of conversations with multiple groups of people,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend that your technology group is involved to help determine addon opportunities.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Friendly Negotiation
  • Enables Productivity
  • Over Delivered

Cons

  • Leverages Incumbent Status
  • Commodity Features
  • Less Efficient Service
