This product is more all inclusive than what we previously used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the integration between iSolved Hire and iSolved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see more customization around the fields for employee documents and employee notes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would get a demo and ask for a reference.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
The customer service. Every time I call in they are friendly, caring, and eager to help me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ease of employee time punches. They punch in on the time clock and it flows right into the online site. I also like that it shows me on a report any missing punches from employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some things can be hard to find, however, after speaking with customer service they showed me to use the search bar. When you search something (direct deposit) it will show you the steps to take to find where it is.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be patient, learn the system, and rely on customer service to help.
