The true single database for all employee information is a large differentiator.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to customize the system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the build out pieces such as the scheduling feature. The feature is basic and could use additional build outs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for an easy to use, customizable system with a full-suite, this is a great product.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
We've been using Isolved since 2018 and the biggest win is just having everything in one spot. Before we moved over, I spent way too much time logging into different systems to check hours or handle benefits. Now, its all connected. The mobile app is also a hug time-saver because employees on the go can grab their own paycheck stubs, check their PTO balances or even download their end of year tax forms. It's made my job a lot quieter in a good way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the innovation is faster then my abilities to implement and keep up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product and it's a value savings.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
It’s designed more like an HR operations ecosystem, not a recruiting engine. But once you get it humming, it becomes the kind of backend you rely on when you’re scaling without losing grip of compliance, payroll, and onboarding alignment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The seamless transition from candidate to employee is what won me over. Offer acceptance to onboarding to payroll is impressively fluid. I had a batch of interns last summer — about 12 of them — and the preboarding tasks got knocked out in under 48 hours because iSolved didn’t need to wait for HR to pick things up manually.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The actual recruiting layer feels barebones. Sourcing workflows lack depth, reporting on pipeline velocity is minimal, and everything needs more clicks than it should. The UI is clunky when you're working across 8–10 roles at once.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use iSolved if you’re part of a lean team that needs one ecosystem for everything from hire to retire. But pair it with a separate ATS if you do high-volume or fast-twitch recruitment like we do in agency life.
