What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I do not have much experience with other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Happy to have the self-service portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When loading a report, if you load a second report it will overwrite the first one. This is a recent change and it's very frustrating that it doesn't still open a new tab for each report generated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are tons of features, most which I don't have any need for.

Sometimes the upgrades take away your ability to make changes without help. Which seems wasteful
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once it is set up it is easy to use. If you find things, you would like to change it seems to be very capable.
