What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
It allows employees to be self sufficient in their times, PTO requests, view paycheck and W2, update dependents, update direct deposits.. less work for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of timecard punches, PTO, self service
What do you dislike most about this product?
tax dept not filing our taxes on time or missing something, where we still get late fees or amount due bills to our mailbox

Haven't used other products that I can compare it to.

user interface is fairly easy to use.

sometimes the system lags, but it's ok.

practically does the work for you, data entry is all that's left.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
isolved has alot of great features that other payroll systems do have or don't offer. There is a reason why they are a leader in the industry. The only areas I would say they are really lacking in is their customer service. It could be better. Otherwise I think they have a great, easy to use system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The application tracker. Its nice to have a one stop shop to post positions to multiple sites at once and not have to log in individually into all of these accounts to post a position.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far we have not had a positive experience with the 401k integration. We were told it would take 6 weeks and we paid 2600 for it and its now been almost 5 months and the integration is still not complete. This has been a frustrating experience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great payroll system and there are alot of features that comes with your license. Make sure to explore everything, as many features will make your life alot easier.
