Without a doubt, the customer service. If you assigned rep is not available when you call in, you have access to other team members for assistance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Certain features cannot be tailored for our use. Such as the "notes" section.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product has been cost saving to our organization as iSolved keeps processes up to date with regulatory changes.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Other vendors were very closed off with pricing and very pushy, also way more expensive. isolved was up front with pricing from the start and didn't make us feel like we needed to make a decision or lose the pricing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything! All the information management, payroll, benefits, timecards, etc. all make my job so much more efficient and effective! I also love how they are always putting out new features and updates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost of adding new features - wish we could get discounts since we already have many products.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend more time with implementation - there is a lot to learn and customize, and I feel like our implementation was not as thorough as it could have been to roll out throughout the company.
