Great Products Offered .....But.....

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Most of the systems I've used give the user/admin the ability to create their own policy and "rules" in house - It's frustrating to try and do this while collaborating via email and waiting on a response - There are SO many things I want to do but I can't take the time to create cases/calls to "try" something only to find out I can't even access it, let alone "play" with it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Relatively easy to use if your used to using CRM type systems
What do you dislike most about this product?
- The reporting feature is awful
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take your time and understand your needs before calling. They have alot to offer but just get what you need, at first anyway.

The excessive amount of reliable yearly and quarterly reporting along with the iSolved University Tool for continuing your knowledge within the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy accessibility and navigation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would like to have a more precise PTO tracking. We currently do not use accrued time so when an employee request to use some of their time it doesn't show what they actually have available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to have a very organized payroll, onboarding and offboarding system this is for you. The great reporting options and payroll tracking is worth the purchase!
