What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
iSolved People Cloud is a user friendly product that continues to upgrade and innovate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the ability to customize most features to best fit the goals and needs of our specific organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not specific to the product, but more towards iSolved as a whole-there are SO many people that are involved with our account that I have trouble keeping individuals straight. I feel that I'm contacted very frequently by people and sometimes struggle with who is doing what. They assigned us a specific account manager recently, Karen, which has been helpful! I'm also not sure if they're growing and promote from within, or if turnover is high, but it seems like our contacts there change very frequently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product and the team is very helpful and nice. Just be aware that there are a lot of people you'll be dealing with!

iSolved isn't all bad but it doesn't work well

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
The biggest difference between Performance Payroll and iSolved is ease of use. iSolved can be confusing and hard to navigate for our employees. they could set up reports exactly like we needed without costing so much. I am learning what works and what doesn't, but others are having a much harder time navigating the system. Unfortunately, that isn't iSolved's fault it's just the situation we're in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unfortunately, I don't have a favorite aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
that our historical data couldn't be moved into iSolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To make sure they're very clear on their needs and that the system can meet those needs.
