Scalability: Such platforms are often scalable, making them suitable for businesses of various sizes, from small businesses to larger enterprises. This flexibility allows businesses to grow without outgrowing their HR solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User-Friendly Interface: A user-friendly interface and intuitive design can make it easier for HR professionals, managers, and employees to navigate and use the system effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are several features that ADP WF has that I would love to see isolved implement such as a Retro Pay feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend isolved, over and over again! There is a bit of learning required (as with any payroll platform) but isolved is worth it!

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Basically doing everything yourself, entering in the hours is one thing but you have to go in and choose the reports you want instead of just a general report being automatically processed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Entering in the time sheet for payroll
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting reports, sometimes it is confusing when you are not sure where to go for certain reports
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is not a hard program once you learn the ins and outs of the areas you need to use. We do not use all the features because there is no need being a company with under 15 employees.
