Initially we were sold on the competitive pricing, but the features and ease of use are what made us stay with them over the years.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I used to have a dedicated rep, who knew us a client. Now we have a team, that doesn't know us as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask a lot of questions to make sure they do everything you need. As a small org, we didn't need that much. You might need more, which would inflate the pricing.

User-Friendly Interface: A user-friendly interface and intuitive design can make it easier for HR professionals, managers, and employees to navigate and use the system effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are several features that ADP WF has that I would love to see isolved implement such as a Retro Pay feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend isolved, over and over again! There is a bit of learning required (as with any payroll platform) but isolved is worth it!
