What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
iSolved is easy to work with and usually resolves issues quickly. It is more affordable for small business. Has all the features we need plus some additional features that we may use in the future. Allows us to grow and support our employees and do our jobs more efficiently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
iSolved allows us to keep track of everything in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Training and courses are hard to navigate. We struggle to find the right way to train people on iSolved products. Would like to see a course path for each module rather than hunting around for courses or articles to explain the modules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be organized before you set everything up so you don't have to do extra leg work once the product is up and running. Understand what you are looking to get out of iSolved so you know what features you will use and how you will use them. Great product with endless possibilities and great support.
