I think it would be good to have different sections for both 1x1 messages and group messages.

Supreme, unique and multi-faceted Comms Tool

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
It is a wonderfully easy and intuitive communications tool to use, straight from the box. One quickly familiarise themselves with the range of tools available. Video and Audio quality are always guaranteed with little or no latency. We use the application for all internal team meetings and other company comms. It's very easy to conduct presentations, file share and also use whitespaces for teaching, instructing and other learning/developmental purposes. In essence it is a great collaborative tool that has helped our productively immensely, especially in areas of knowledge transfer and sharing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- It is so easy to use and highly versatile by harnessing voice and data to maximum effect. - It is very scalable, especially for things like presentations where users can easily be assimilated quickly and similarly where the numbers can rise and fall as the session continues. - File sharing is also simple and an efficient usage of resources. - We've found it excellent to help with faster and more effective decision making and sharing of concepts/ideas. - The ability to engage other users and also to take messages offline before reverting back to the main conversion and discussion highlight the versatility of the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- It sometimes doesn't seamlessly integrate with applications that are non Google related. - Sometimes security controls and safeguards are not the best and the principle of 'least Privilege' isn't always adhered to, and it can be difficult to ensure that only those that need to access information, get to see it. - Sometimes it can be difficult to label chats, which makes them hard to identify.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend and suggest prospective users to go and try the tool. I can wholeheartedly recommend the application - you won't be disappointed if you take the plunge.
