It provides our organization with the ability to quickly and efficiently communicate and collaborate in a remote work environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The software offers great features and makes collaboration and internal communications easy. We use Google Hangouts Chat across all departments and almost everyone used it. The software offers great features and has been very effective when it comes to internal communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Text boxes have an aggravating way of resizing itself. Inability to dock the conversation list. Conversations can jump around quite often. Searching for specific instances or keywords sometimes is not efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go ahead with the product as it offers variety of features and easy to use.
