What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
Overall google chat shows a higher level of simplicity compared to its predecessor, hangouts, and at the same time the communication capability that the service offers is also more fluid. We love being able to work with google drive files in a shared way, given the ease with which the platform integrates with other services in the google suite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with the google meet platform is excellent, allowing us to work even with meetings from google chat and then transfer the information in this to the video meetings that we usually carry out. In any case this is very useful, especially when we need to expose a topic through video calls that require a higher level of shared work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although its ability to integrate with drive is good, there are problems with the google drive bot system, since when using it to work with google chat, it does not announce when files are shared from drive to the rest of the team, which makes it difficult to keep everyone informed at the same time about updates at work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We highly recommend exploiting the ability of google chat to work in conjunction with other services provided by google, as this is the best way to not only unify all work operations into a single network, but also to make sure that information is kept backed up, and that management can be expanded.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
What differentiates Google Chat is that is goes far from being just a chat solutions. The fact that it allows Google Drive content to be shared makes it a powerful and useful tools. The ability also to shift from individual messages to group is very useful, enabling collaboration at all levels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface has kept the similarity with Gmail, with make it very pleasant and familiar to use. It's simple and fast.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Video documentation available online is quite limited when it comes to using Google Chat. This might discourage many staffs from using it, for there are no major guides and training available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The oversimplicity of Google Chat might make it less appealing to businesses looking for a more professional communications solutions. However, if you are looking for a simple and direct way of communicating for your business, I recommend that you give it a try.

Google Chat allows companies of all sizes to create person and team contact around the enterprise. Google Chat is such an insightful and efficient messaging platform tailored for teams and groups. Google Chat offers an open forum for simple and effective team communication through direct messaging to group chat rooms. The new edition is only available to G Suite buyers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a Payroll Benefits Manager of a stunning company, I found a lot of benefits of using Google Chat for our organization. Google Chat lets companies customize virtual chat rooms for worker's streamline work assignment and success monitoring methodologies. The search feature helps users to browse and revisit previous conversations and shared files. Also companies can ensure safe customer experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Chat is a compelling collaboration tool, has a great compatibility with all of the G Suite Environments, but only other downside I find on this commodity seems to be the cost.it is actually going to be expensive if you only have 10+ employers, and this device seems to have a cost per customer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It allows the team to insert, exchange and interact by Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and several Google Drive documents. It is very helpful software for everyone.
