What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

It has never been simpler to manage our employees, and ADP Workforce Now gives us the tools we need to do more than just track HR data and make data-driven choices. Additionally, we may add the capabilities we require as we expand. Equip all levels of our firm with the resources and talents needed to give business executives, managers, and employees an enjoyable experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instead of using a time clock, our staff sign in using their phones. They can also use their phones to request time off. Additionally, we have been doing policy affirmations in ADP for a while. The timestamp function is useful for tracking who hasn't finished the acknowledgement so that we may send email reminders to them. We can access historical data in ADP to view past salaries or other information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For its size and capabilities, ADP makes a variety of procedures for individuals and businesses with several company codes incredibly challenging. To move an employee to a different company code, for instance, the employee's employment must be terminated, a new position must be created in the new company code, and all benefit, election, and payroll codes, even direct payment, must be manually entered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It serves as a comprehensive answer for your typical worker. However, it's not perfect at everything. Payroll is better handled by ADP, and ATS features are more of an inconvenience. When it comes to the timecard module, GPS is used to ensure that workers can only clock in when they are physically present. They can no longer clock in from their seat.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

The only comprehensive, cloud-based HR suite that changes to fit your needs is ADP Workforce Now. Human resource management, payments, rewards, talent management, time & labor management, training and statistics, and back to office features are all included in ADP Workforce Now, which is built on a single database.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workforce by ADP has a lot of reporting capabilities now. I have access to a variety of pre-built components and fields that allow me to plug and drop the data I require for each employee. The information is entered into a very intricate system that generates pre-built and customizable reports for simple monitoring and tracking. The fact that it is so interwoven is nice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I adore the updated user interface, but the platform's intricacy makes it challenging to make it user-friendly. Despite the upgrade, I still think it might use some improvement. I can find what I need because I use the system every day, however our end customers don't commonly utilize it and are constantly confused about where items are located.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing your PTO, bank transfer, or retirement investments is simple. Although it is meant to be used out of the box rather than being able to manually customize the experience it is still rather user-friendly. I appreciate how straightforward it is to access all the necessary data you require in one place. You may view your pay split in detail as well as your hours worked, paid time off, and holidays.
