ADC Workforce feels like you're navigating software from a different era. Simple tasks take too many clicks, and finding what you need isn't intuitive. For a platform with so much power under the hood, the day-to-day experience is frustratingly slow and inefficient. It often feels more complex than it needs to be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Only consider ADP Workforce Now if you're a medium-to-large business with complex HR and payroll needs, and you have dedicated staff to manage it.
