Generates proper payroll reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Time and attendance has been glitchy. Everything costs in ADP. Reports could be easier to generate and run.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sit down with vender and go over every cost involved.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Integration of Benefits and Payroll and Timecards and EE mgt. A nice 360 solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The EE self-services aspect helps our HR team from fielding questions that EEs can get to themselves.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am not thrilled with the benefits portion (401k specifically) it seems old and underdeveloped
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For benefits specifically look outside to provide better value to your EE base.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
ADP Workforce Now is simply way more user friendly than other systems, with a much simpler and more modern looking UI, for both users and Admins. Our previous interface was just way too complicated and old looking, for that alone we decide to go with ADP Workforce Now to avoid having to deal with employee confusion an poor onboarding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Clear, modern, and user friendly UI Allows employees to sign up for benefits and use vacation days very easily Allows for Clocking in and out easily
What do you dislike most about this product?
Loading times can be long Can't search for employees by ID number in basic search Some menu items seem redundant
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When you need one system to manage all Payroll and Benefits, ADP Workforce now is very useful. My company is a large one, and requires all relevant info to be in one place, and for it to be user friendly enough that our employees, some of which are not very tech literate, and use it with ease. It may not be a replacement for HR and Payroll teams, but it is a valuable tool for them. It is NOT just a CRM though, if you're mostly looking for an employee database/CRM, this is not it.
