McLean & Company can help your team define a scaled and purposeful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy to better service the broader organization with an online DEI workshop. During the workshop, our analysts will focus on a practical approach to help you:

  • Assess the current state of DEI at the organization.
  • Define the purpose of DEI for the organization.
  • Select DEI initiatives and plan to launch the strategy.

The workshop will be conducted using Microsoft Teams over three (3) sessions of up to four (4) hours each. Participants will also be required to complete approximately two (2) hours of offline work during the workshop.
