What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
The extensiveness and retention capacity that UKG has, no other software has, which allows your reach of employees to be greater, working with large files and in quantities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What a privilege to find a software that includes everything you need for a good job performance. UKG, is the ideal software for the retention of information and personal data of employees, from the first day of admission, making the editions as time goes by, corrections, inspections, payroll, schedules, among others. Everything is stored digitally.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little expensive the plans, but with the efficiency in your work, you will want to renew it again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the best software we have used in our company, great utility and performance with UKG. I love the option where employees have access to their information.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
With workflow capabilities for human resources with appropriate reviewers and approvers. Your staff have the ability to update their own data through self-service options. PTO work hours and wages can be tracked. Based on cutting-edge computing techniques including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like UKG Pro because it allows for personalized onboarding and a quick start. You can keep payroll records, employee tax information, and private information about your employees in one place. Reports can be generated for a variety of parameters, including work activities and time and attendance. You can improve performance, streamline work processes, increase worker understanding, and increase retention rates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UKG Pro's customer support remains lackluster. The UKG Pro learning curve is very severe for non-technical users. It takes a long time to bring new staff into the program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To handle your personal data and files, I suggest UKG Pro. For compensation, punctuality, performance and succession plans.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
In every sense, this product has surpassed my expectations. Other UKG modules have been incorporated into the core system, and all of these modules function together seamlessly. UKG Pro is a one-of-a-kind experience and my favorite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ultipro's general layout and ease of use. As of late, text messaging has become a convenient way to connect with workers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it has been difficult to get alerts after an employee has a life event and submits it for approval is not something I like. It seems to be an easy effort to add an email to alert the administrator that the permission is pending.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
UltiPro comes highly recommended if you are looking for a solution that not only offers amazing reporting capabilities but also a beautiful community of clients.
