What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
The quality of this product entirely exceeded my expectations, which were already very high. Additional UKG modules have been included into the core system, and the totality of these modules now work in perfect harmony with one another and with the rest of the system. My go-to event is UKG Pro because it provides a unique experience that can't be found anywhere else.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The streamlined appearance and user-friendly functioning of the Ultipro. In recent years, the use of text messaging as a functional method for keeping in touch with staff members has become more common.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like how difficult it has gotten to obtain notifications when a worker has a life event and then submits it for approval. This is something that used to be much easier. I have a strong distaste for this particular aspect. It would seem to be a straightforward and undemanding effort to add an email that tells the administrator that the permission is being sought.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a solution that not only offers amazing reporting capabilities but also a lovely community of consumers, then you definitely want to think about UltiPro if you are in the market for such a product. It comes with a very strong recommendation.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
I only have experience with UKG Pro as it relates to HRIS systems. While I have heard others praise other options, I believe the best success with UKG Pro is found in how it is implemented and which features are added as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the seemless way the various modules work together. I have used it is in the past with 3rd party products and see that it really works well when the actual UKG modules are used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support can be sketchy. Sometimes it depends on who you talk to as to whether you will get a good response. I know they are working on their support model though and look forward to those changes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be clear about how you will use the product and plan your approach to how you will implement. Doing a lift and shift from another system without really reviewing and setting up everything correctly initially can come back to bite you.

My anticipations were completely blown away by the quality of this product. Additional UKG modules have been incorporated into the primary system, and the entirety of these modules now operate in perfect harmony with one another. My go-to event is UKG Pro because it offers a one-of-a-kind experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The overall design and intuitive operation of Ultipro. Text messaging has recently emerged as a practical means of maintaining communication with employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like how difficult it has become to get alerts after a worker has a life event and then submits it for approval. This is something that I do not like. The addition of an email that notifies the administrator that the permission is being requested appears to be a simple and undemanding task.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are searching for a solution that not only provides fantastic reporting capabilities but also a wonderful community of customers, then you should really consider UltiPro. It comes highly recommended.
