What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Overly complicated, lacks intuitiveness, clearly different systems taped together with lack of consistent user experience, frustrating, overly priced, and customer support that lacks knowledge and urgency. Poor mobile experience as well. Little user adoption. Poor experience for administrators.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don’t think there’s anything I could say that I , anyone on my HR team, or any of the employees or business leaders enjoy about this product. Maybe, the organizational charts are the only functionality that is worthy of mentioning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost everything about the system, I dislike from the implementation experience to the administrator training experience and everything that follows. The system is not intuitive, it does not provide a consistent or friendly, simple user experience, it’s overly complicated, and overly priced with poor customer support. The mobile apps are also crappy. The Sales team oversells the product and they do not deliver.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Turn and run. Don’t believe their sales team. The product is awful and has created a burden on my HR team, but we’re stuck in an overly price contract. Go to Rippling.

Payroll Administration Includes basic payroll, taxes and other deductions, check runs, deposits, and pay stubs.

Scheduling Includes unloading, delivery, goods issue, and loading date. Integrates shipping, transportation, and receiving calendars and determines scheduling direction.

Time and Attendance Includes time tracking, attendance tracking, vacation tracking, PTO, sick and necessary leave tracking, and alert mechanisms.

Position Management Ability to control attributes of job and position titles, org structure and charting, job descriptions, and roles and responsibilities.
