Centralised platform for payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, time tracking , etc All under one umbrella makes it different

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HR and Talent management sections are quite impactful! Simple use and better output

The interface can be improved, attractive appearance

When it comes to human resources, UKG Pro is our app. It provides a central hub for all HR operations, solving the problem of dispersed systems. Because of this consistency, our procedures are more streamlined, which in turn leads to fewer errors and a more efficient HR workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most notable aspect is the ease with which it can be used. Reporting tools provide a complete picture of HR data and navigating activities is easy. All of our HR expertise is enhanced by UKG Pro's focus on simplicity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it covers all the bases, the setup may be easier to use. For companies that value efficiency during implementation, a more guided onboarding process would be ideal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
