What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG is an intuitive software solution that provides a one system of record for employee data. This makes it easy to report on that data. In addition, they provide excellent security features to protect our data from breaches.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll is my favorite aspect. It is seamless and easy to use. All employee data processes into payroll without additional manual data entry.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Standard reports. They are nice but not easy to export and manipulate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend bringing in as much history as possible and really consider changing your processes to fit the system versus having the system fit your processes.
