What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?
The only other ATS I have used was a very old version of an oracle suite so this is leaps and bounds better, by having more modern features like automated scheduling, teams integration, message templates, and applicant profiles roll over from one job to another smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that the platform continues to add improvements over time, such as Microsoft teams integration for scheduling, as well as improved customization for templates and features. They seem to listen to user feedback well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics and reporting for diversity and inclusion data (gender/ethnicity) is non existent, and the data reporting overall is hardly usable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am less familiar with the full suite of features, as I was not aware of the full functionality or different levels of contact a company can use. It is pretty user friendly, and I like that they are responsive. Data analysis ability and therefore usage is sub par.

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?
Smartrecruiters is free for SMEs. This is definitely unique. Morover, it is GDPR compatible, so if you are an SME based in Europe, this software is a must. Also, the product makes applicant tracking much easier - with editable status, pre-saveble letters for easier communication, applicant review features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite feature is that I can add different hiring managers to different job, and the software's GDPR-compatibility, which makes applicant tracking much easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not get an email after a hiring manager writes a review of an applicant, or changes the status of the applicant. I use this program together with all managers, and after sourcing, they are the ones who decide who they want to invite for an interview, but I'm the one to contact the applicant. So it would be crutial to know if they want to meet someone. Also, if they decide to not meet someone, there should be a feature for hiring managers to let me know that an applicant is rejectable, but there isn't.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are based in Europe, do not forget to send back the GDPR contract :)

AIgorithm which they have is best I found.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It doesn't focus just on candidates resume, overall candidate is scanned.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as of now :)

Try it , you can have better management for staffing.
