Try it out with their trial. Very easy to crete and maniuplate sample data. Also easy to import.

Monday.com differs from others because it allows teams build fully customizable boards, dashboards and workflows tailored for their specific needs. It also supports multiple views in one platform whereas other products often require add-ons for advanced views.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its visual and intuitive customization. I really love the fact that it turns complex workflows into something colourful, engaging and easy to grasp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the fact that the mobile experience lacks some functionality like dashboard customization, and advanced reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'll highly recommend monday.com if you value good customization and visuals. It's very perfect for teams that want a flexible, colourful and intuitive features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of monday.com is its customizable board system—you can visually organize anything, from tasks to workflows to CRM pipelines, all in one place. It’s super easy to adapt to different teams or processes without needing any code.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about monday.com is that some of the more powerful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Also, with so many customization options, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with a template that matches your use case to avoid overwhelm, and gradually customize from there. Take time to explore automations and integrations—they’re powerful once you get the hang of them. Also, make sure your team is trained early on so everyone uses it consistently.
