This is the most powerful marketing enterprise toll I have worked with in our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has well customizable user interface that we can effectively integrate with our customer leads to win more clients. Deployment process is easy and there is no maintenance cost required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge from the performance of this great tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our marketing automation infrastructure has been streamlined by powerful performance of this great tool and I highly recommend.

CRM Integration with Microsoft office 365 is good and tight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS Office 365 integration and on-the-go productivity are good with the Work from Home environment. Syncing client's emails with CRM contact history is seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Costing could be high for some businesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using Microsoft services then this is a must-try CRM system for sales.
