Microsoft Dynamics has many options to integrate with other MS software such as outlook

What do you dislike most about this product?

We changed CRM providers from Salesforce to MS Dynamics after a company merger.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I personally prefer Salesforce.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Microsoft has developed Dynamics 365 Sales as a CRM solution which was used by the organization as the primary platform for all day-to-day activities such as managing customer data, tracking information, and contact in case of any marketing campaign, etc. It is one of the best CRM solutions I've seen so far. Highly efficient and reliable solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some of the features are: 1) Efficient in tracking customer information in a single place. 2) Day-to-day marketing and organization operations management. 3) Excellent Graphical User Interface (GUI). 4) Highly professional technical support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the suggested improvements are: 1) Develop some advancements in a dashboard for monitoring all the tasks with some advanced visualizations. 2) User training, especially for freshers (new joiners) and non-technical users. 3) Improvements in customization of the solution as per the user's needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This CRM solution performs very well as per the expectations. It is a highly secured and reliable CRM solution. You can go with it without a second thought.
