What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Maturity of the product. Constant innovation. Keeping pace with other vendors, solutions and often surpassing their overall value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Latest innovations with Dataverse, PowerApps, connections with Business Central, PowerBI. Ease of use and robust to take on challenging business systems needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some complexity if custom solutions built in. Administration is medium to heavy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Commit to Microsoft for medium, long term and it will be worth your investment.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

The best part of Dynamics 365 sales is the well-structured stages of the sales process. The process from Lead to Invoice is well organized and easy to implement in this application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This application was used by big organisations to handle their sales. We were customising this application according to their need. Most of the big companies switched to Dynamics 365 Sales due to Scalability issue with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn’t find any drawback in this application since they have implemented everything that a Sales application must have. Also, we can make use of the Plugins and Client-side scripting to add extra features tailored to any particular use case.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dynamics 365 helps us integrate all the data and process from our working employer portal. We sell online solutions and it is simultaneously updated in CRM as well as the portal. My personal favourite is the activity tracking which is so apt and easy for each and every client. I never forget what conversation I had with my client because of the activity tab.

The tool has a lot of features with good workflow built around it. There are features like COI which fits with the business requirement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The conflict resolution is taking significantly less time time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data from Lead to account to opportunities should flow automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to companies if it fits their business requirement.
