What do you dislike most about this product?

With the rapid development of new product engineering tools, it is critical that Jira offer support for these new platforms as quickly as feasible. Because there isn't an automatic procedure for migrating data, moving to Jira from another system is a labor-intensive process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The report generating process is not very straightforward; it takes several attempts to pull the information you want from the tickets. Also, if you make a board and several boards are made outside of that board, you get alerted of all updates on all boards; we haven't found a method to disable this function. There is no dark mode, file upload size is limited, interaction with other applications is difficult and you must browse through numerous choices to discover things.

Take heart: you may encounter difficulties in the first 2-5 days of setup and comprehension, but things will become much easier and more versatile after that. Yes, if you operate in a team, I would suggest it for ticket tracking. You should spend some time getting acquainted with the reporting features and search choices. Jira has great transparency over the product and has an engineering roadmap throughout the organization. They have impressive customizability that helps us to establish the custom fields and automation of all types whenever there is a need to build new templates to support our projects and progress through new and different ideas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jira needs to add dark mode to its features. There are no automated alerts like ticket age and last update. It is not possible to filter the task through Jira. There must be a complete ALM solution added to the features.
