What is your favorite aspect of this product?

JIRA has been my go-to project management tool for over three years. It is the greatest tool for bug tracking and is quite simple to learn. I appreciate how we can tweak the program for our unique workflow and needs, as well as combine it with webhooks and APIs. The finest aspect of JIRA is its user interface, which includes everything from the dashboard overview to the many JIRA boards. What do you dislike most about this product?

However, there isn't much to hate right now; the user interface might be a little prettier. It's completely functional, which is excellent, but a little beauty never hurt anyone.
