What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
We decided to enter the world of the Jira tool in order to find a more practical and automated solution to our project management. With Jira we were able to find a very useful balance when ordering our ideas and transmitting them to our workers, being able to evaluate their follow-up and performance in the tasks to be performed. The optimization managed to grow over the weeks and today it is vital for our operations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent visually when it comes to displaying tickets, a great and intuitive interface that allows ease of coupling between our employees, tracking performance by team offers us the possibility to evaluate how they are integrating based on their results, helping to form teams that are better coupled to the pending activities. The software is highly customizable, facilitating its daily use based on corporate needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it works excellently, I would not like to have many more third party integrations that allow us to facilitate our operations. Sometimes when requesting access for new users can generate slowness and delay. Despite being easy to use it is necessary to train our employees and sometimes it can be cumbersome, if this does not happen it is difficult to optimize the system and get the most out of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira is a pretty good tool to carry out the supervision of projects and services that are being provided, adaptable to any type of company that requires these services, Jira works excellent at a moderate cost but in the end it is worth it, however it is mostly recommended to be used by software development companies, where they can perform remote monitoring mostly where they work remotely.
