What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The use of templates considering the type of project is quite useful, although it is not exclusive to other platforms, the way it has been implemented is quite efficient. The way notifications are configured is quite simple and allows us to have a degree of freedom over the number and type of notifications we want to receive. The way it has implemented the collaborative environment is very practical and its minimalist dashboard offers visibility and the ability to keep the user focused.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Among my favorite elements, I consider that the ability to use the @user in the text and automatically include a user in the comments line increases visibility and keeps those involved informed. The creation of dependencies and subactivities is very practical and allows us to group epic tasks. Its use is not restricted to a computer and keeping us connected through a mobile device is 'something that' is essential today.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really have much to say about any particular disadvantage. Jira does everything that is required to keep a project in constant motion, and its collaborative environment is practical and highly usable. It may be convenient to add more functions for the financial control of projects in the future, which will allow us to determine when a project incurs losses or when we remain 'in accordance with' the budgeted costs considering the execution and the human resources involved.

Jirsa is a highly reliable and innovative tool. They can use the free 10-user licensing to familiarize themselves with its use and ensure that it will cover their needs and then migrate to the licensed version with multiple additional functionalities, access to audit logs, administration of user roles and permissions, among other additional tools.
