What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
The level of customization provided are unmatched
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Post basic training, anyone can use Jira. It does not require any technical knowledge. You can make any field as per your need, that is the level of customization provided in Jira
What do you dislike most about this product?
Document management is messed up. Cant open documents inside Jira without messing up the formatting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since there are lot of features and complexities. I would recommend then to work in information features so that the user is more aware about the functionalities

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira is used in our company in order to measure the useful life of the software we use to carry out our operations within our company, allowing us to track errors or problems that may occur during the constant use they receive, this helps to be much more efficient when solving each of the details that may arise in the development of business operations while maintaining greater control within these.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using the Kanban board we can perform a visualization from a different approach making more effective the development of processes and the operation of the tools integrated with each other, it is possible to develop error reports and document them in an orderly manner in a very simple way compared to other similar tools, project management becomes much simpler with Jira due to the high potential that can be extracted from it by creating mechanisms that allow to avoid current and future errors within each of the processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool has performance peaks that can be slowed down causing discomfort when operating it, the user management is obsolete and can be greatly improved if they propose it, it would be interesting to have a greater margin of templates for projects that can facilitate the work of our users assigned to the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira delivers what it promises, a software for tracking errors and problems that may arise in the operational development of the company, through a fairly fast and intuitive system that although it has much room for improvement, it works properly as long as you have the proper training. Their customer service is quite good, they always provide the best support and complement the training of our users helping them to solve the problems by themselves.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
The possibility of creating personalized and segmented spaces greatly facilitates communication between our support team and the engineering team. Unlike other solutions on the market, Jira organizes everything in a very clear way and allows you to receive notifications about each update in the status of a process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The organization of the elements and ease of implementation of a tool with so many possibilities is certainly what most pleases our team. In addition, Jira allowed optimizing and scaling communication between different sectors of the company, as it manages to allow different accesses and views for each employee.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface could be a little less cumbersome, or allow the user to customize its view according to their daily needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it for companies that have a large number of employees and difficulty in communicating between different areas within a new project. If you are going to use it for internal or external processes, I recommend talking to the teams involved and understanding what their needs are and whether Jira would meet them.
