It has bothered me on many occasions that this program has a very limited storage space, unfortunately I do not have the capacity to be able to archive different formats of great weight by this means, it is not possible for the program to save and perfectly complement multimedia files that are very helpful to do my job.

My favorite aspect of JIRA is that it can easily manage big projects in any organisation. With the help of JIRA we can break big projects into smaller task and can assign them to the relevant person. The time tracking feature on JIRA can be used for billings.

I haven't really found anything to dislike about JIRA. I have been using JIRA for more than 2 Years and it has helped me to organize my task and assignments.
