What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
The Client Support is what differentiates it. Always have a live person to talk to, able to escalate a problem to the client success manager as well as brain storm for better application of product features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In addition to having a large menu of prebuilt reports, I can build additional reports to quickly and easily pull data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not intuitive. Do yourself a favor and complete the ISolved University tutorials before diving in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thoroughly train anyone who is going to be using it. The more data that you put in, the more you get out of it.
