I can see all areas on the dashboard at once, without having to sort and open

I do not have any dislikes at this time

Last LMS did not have so many features and capabilities. I have yet to try the direct telephony abilities

The task feature keeps me extremely productive

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a learning curve and a lot of information. However, the best products HAVE to be this way to be useful.

Take your time and give it a chance. Learn before complaining
