Cost effective, and simplied viewing system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Report generation, data management and issue resolving from ticket generation

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think sometimes in mid night it does not work, you work in 2 in night in product has technical issue, you can do nothing but close system and sleep

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are starting fresh or a old player greythr is the best software, i really appreicate how effective their team is when it comes to customer support and query handling.
