What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?
greytHR is not really a very unique product. In my opinion, there are better products in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would the payroll and tax related features are really advanced in this. Other than that I don’t see any worth mentioning aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside related to employee management. You cannot keep track records of intern to FTE conversions or rehires.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please do your research relation to cost and the need of your business. If you need an all-in-one product, greytHR is not the one.

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?
I feel greytHR is more straightforward compared to some other HR tools. It focuses on the core things like payroll, attendance, and leave management without making it too complicated. For someone who just wants things to work smoothly without spending too much time learning the system, it does the job well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
"The best part for me is how easy it is to use on a daily basis. Applying for leave, checking attendance, and downloading payslips is quick and doesn’t require much effort. Everything is available in one place, which makes it convenient."
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times, the system feels a bit limited when it comes to reports and customization. Also, the mobile app could be improved as it’s not always as smooth as the web version. These are small things, but they can make a difference over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest going for greytHR if your main requirement is a simple and reliable HR and payroll system. It works well for everyday use, but if you need very advanced features or deep customization, it’s better to check if it meets those specific needs before deciding.

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?
This is a strong HRMS platform that provides employee self-service. We can manage our own account leaves and leave applications Hierarchy is defined clearly and is easy to use. Perfectly hhelpsin submitting documentation and calculation of the taxes under the new regime and the old regime.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a cost-effective tool from an operational and business standpoint. It reliably handles the payroll, ESL, and FP&F contributions for employees by keeping the process simple and error-free.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has fewer features related to the performance management of employees, and the mobile app is very slow and sometimes feels complex to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Any organisation that is mainly focused on the payroll and compliance, then this is the best software and application that they can have.
