Cost of implementation, and ease of use and the main features which makes it good to have.

It covers all the basics of web analytics and we can check the demographics of users also.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would really recommend this software for all types of web analytics and related works. It is easy to implement and cost effective as well.

It offers many of the same features, but sometimes it's a little challenging to navigate through the dashboard. And other times I found some features very limiting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's free to implement and track, but to run tests and campaigns, those will cost more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like how it feels very limited for certain teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering a website tracker, this would be a great start. Just simply it provides all the basic information and tools you need. But if you're looking for advanced tools, you may need other tools to help supplement.

It's the largest and integrates with other google products, so it's necessary for a marketing agency like ours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's free. And has a widely supported knowledgebase.
What do you dislike most about this product?
GA4's UI is so different than GA3 and it's taken a while to get used to it. I'm sure I'll like it once I understand it better, though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get a training course for it.
