perfect for mobile app tracking.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
and it’s still better than managing separate web/app tools, especially ‘cause ga4 combines them all into 1 property. it can be the best because it provides you a 'single' view of your users, however they engage with your brand. then you will LOVE it as most companies have a website and mobile presence so this simplifies the data reporting and analysis by orders of magnitude.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i quite like the event focused model for apps because it lets me track particular button clicks or level completions very easily. Also the inclusion of firebase is a huge win for developers as it eases the technical setup considerably. i also love the “app install” tracking to see exactly which ads get new users to download the app. it's a really good solution for the mobile-first world.
What do you dislike most about this product?
for many developers, the transition from old ‘google analytics for apps‘ to new ga4 was harsh. it involved a fair amount of recoding and rethinking around how data was gathered and reported.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you have both a web and app presence then you absolutely should use unified ga4 property. it's the latest and greatest way to deal with your data.
Pros

Google analytics in Depth Review
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
GA4 is free and very easy to use as compared with its competitors and I also like the fact that it can be integrated with other Google products like GTM ❤️, GSC and Google Ads as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User interface and its ease to bifurcate different segments like demographics and user reports and depth that it provides give detailed insight of user behaviour and Journey
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ohh... Its report section it's headache for me. I think Google should lauch some tutorial of how can we better make use of that section. I also have a feeling that very few people has the ability to use that report section many of our Seo guys use different tools for report. But google should take the initiative and make some videos so that we get some help in using that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall I love GA4 , GTM and all the Google products that Google has launched so for. But very few (2-3%) people only use it to full capacity. I will request them to make some good tutorials on how to use their all products like sheets , word Analytics, GTM at full capacity. And I'm happy to pay a nominal fees for that.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
