What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
we need to share large files with our clients all the time. dropbox is the best for this because it is so professional and easy for them to use. we can just send them a simple link, and they can download the files without needing to have a dropbox account.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i love the 'file requests' feature. i can create a special folder and send a link to my client, and they can upload their files directly into our dropbox. it is a very secure and professional way to receive large files from people outside our company. it is much better than using email for big attachments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes clients get confused and think they need to sign up for a dropbox account to download a file.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you work with a lot of external clients and freelancers, dropbox makes it very easy and professional to share files with them.
