Collaboration in editing of file. This help in promoting team work and saves time. Ease in file access. Teams working remotely are able to access files through various devices.

Has a secure cloud storage. Outsiders are able to easily request for files. Allows for quick and easy sharing of files. Provide a reliable backup system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is pricey.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox makes use of advanced encryption technology for securely storing files in the cloud. It also enforces a two-factor authentication protocol which I am made to complete at random times, in order to ensure that there are no unauthorized access to my files and content on the Dropbox platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love Dropbox LAN approach to file synchronization. This approach ensures speedy upload and download of files , regardless of the size of the files. As a result of this fast synchronization style, I have access to my saved files on Dropbox whenever I need them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My major issue with Dropbox is how it places basic file storage features like file locking , text search , search history as premium add-ons. These are features that are available by default on every other cloud file storage that I have encountered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dropbox excels the most in terms of the quality of file security and its approach to it. I do admit that it lags behind in areas like collaboration and unique features.
