What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing is generally simple and fast, and the permissions are clear.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, folder collaboration can sometimes be confusing, and there are no analytics to track shared links.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite that, it's perfect for quick external sharing.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Dropbox Business makes it easier for people to work together than SharePoint, and its flow is good for both artists and writers. It's where we work on projects online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the replay tool, we can look over video edits and make comments that are time-stamped. This stops feedback loops. My Photoshop files sync right away, and the badge lets me know who is working live. The 15TB Business Plus plan is great for our huge video files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is high—$30 a month per person for business plus is too much for small teams. I feel like a "smart workspace" missed a chance when it didn't have built-in task management. For to-do lists, we still have to use Trello.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Creative teams will love Dropbox Business's video tools, but make sure you can afford the premium plans.
